Solar Stoves
RUMO Energy is one of 25 Startups selected with IEEE Empower a Billion Lives Competition to proceed with field testing of solar stoves.
Please join and support our fundraising to finalize our field testing for this initiative to end energy poverty in Tanzania.

Equal Distribution Model
RUMO Energy was selected as D-Prize winner batch 2021A to increases the distribution of solar lamps in rural Tanzania through the rent-to-own model.
The model is based on a competitive rent-to-own distribution through local entrepreneurs. The intervention targets community entrepreneurs and working together on mutually beneficial to support them to serve more people in their community.
